42-3101. Deposit The department shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146, 35-147 and 42-1116, all monies received under this chapter accompanied by a monthly statement showing the amount received from each class of luxury prescribed by section 42-3052.
42-3102. Distribution to state general fund Unless otherwise provided by this article or article 6 or 7 of this chapter, the department shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, all monies collected pursuant to this chapter in the state general fund.
