44-1231.04. Rules The attorney general shall adopt necessary rules to implement and enforce the provisions of this article. Rules adopted under this article may specify designations other than " authentic Indian arts and crafts" , including a designation such as " Indian crafted" , for authorized labeling as Indian arts and crafts.
