44-1292. Identification of aftermarket crash part A nonoriginal equipment manufacturer that supplies an aftermarket crash part for use in this state shall affix to the part or inscribe on the part the logo or name of the manufacturer.

§ 44-1294 – Enforcement

44-1294. Enforcement Violation of this article is declared to be an unlawful practice and is subject to all of the penalties and enforcement procedures provided in chapter 10, article 7 of this title.
