§ 48-1004 – Limitation

48-1004. Limitation The remedies provided by this article may be exercised by order made at any time prior to the expiration of four years subsequent to the date of delinquency of the last installment due or to become due upon the assessment, including modified, proportionate, supplemental or reassessment, in default.
