8-165. Records The department shall maintain records which include information regarding age, sex, ethnicity, country or state of origin, type of placement agency and category of nonrecurring adoption expenses which are reimbursed pursuant to this article.
8-166. Appeals A person may appeal a department decision denying or reducing an application for reimbursement of nonrecurring expenses pursuant to title 41, chapter 6, article 6 and chapter 14, article 3.
