7637.1. A person shall not engage in the business of, act in the capacity of, or advertise or assume to act as, a cemetery broker or cemetery salesperson in this state without first obtaining a license from the bureau. (Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 395, Sec. 18. (AB 180) Effective January 1, 2016.)
