10248.3. The provisions of this article shall apply only to those loans otherwise subject to this article which are made or negotiated by real estate brokers acting within the meaning of subdivision (d) of Section 10131 or subdivision (b) of Section 10240. (Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 886, Sec. 7.)
