Section 13101.

13101. This code shall become effective on January 1, 1965. It applies to transactions entered into and events occurring after that date. (Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 1359, Sec. 8. Operative January 1, 1990, by Sec. 11 of Ch. 1359.)
