20301. This chapter shall not be construed to impose any reporting obligations in addition to those obligations imposed by other provisions of law, nor shall this chapter apply to the expenditure of campaign funds in conjunction with any pending litigation. (Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.)
