39811. UHT milk drink mix is a market milk product which has been processed and packaged pursuant to Section 39701. (Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 646, Sec. 17. Effective September 15, 1987.)

UHT milk drink mix shall contain not less than 12 percent total milk solids, not less than 4 percent butterfat, and not more than one-half of 1 percent pure and harmless edible stabilizer by weight.
