12782. A copy of the regulations which are adopted by the director pursuant to this chapter shall be mailed to each registrant promptly upon promulgation of the regulation. The failure to receive such copy is no defense to a violation of any regulation. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
12783. Any person who is charged with the enforcement or execution of this chapter shall not be directly or indirectly interested in the sale, manufacture, or distribution of any pesticide. (Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 361, Sec. 32. Effective January 1, 1997.)
12784. Any money that is received by the director pursuant to this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the Department of Pesticide Regulation Fund. Registration fees and assessments received pursuant to this chapter shall be expended only for the administration and enforcement of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 12751), […]
