Section 93100.

93100. This title shall be known and may be cited as the Siskiyou Railroad Authority Act. (Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 132, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1995.)

Section 93102.

93107. The authority may prepare a plan for the acquisition and operation of a railroad line, at no expense to the state. (Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 132, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1995.)

93108. After preparation of a plan pursuant to Section 93107, the authority may do any of the following: (a) Conduct engineering and other studies related to the acquisition of any railroad line.
