31100. This part may be cited as the County Civil Service Enabling Law. (Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)

31101. This part does not limit any powers conferred on any county by charter or any powers conferred on boards of supervisors of counties by subdivision (b) of Section 1 or Section 4 of Article XI of the California Constitution. (Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 985, Sec. 9.)
