11545. The Legislature hereby finds and declares that licensed physicians, experienced in the treatment of addiction, should be allowed and encouraged to treat addiction by all appropriate means. (Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 815, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2001.)
