5341. The engineer shall prior to completion of the contract make a diagram of the property affected or benefited by the proposed work, as described in the resolution of intention, which is to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof. (Amended by Stats. 1963, Ch. 416.)
5342. The diagram shall show each separate lot or parcel of land within the limits of the assessment district, and the dimensions of each such lot or parcel of land, and the relative location of the same to the work proposed to be done. (Amended by Stats. 1955, Ch. 625.)
