Section 5375.1.

5375.1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5375 the legislative body may waive the requirement that the contractor, or his agent, or assigns pay the expenses incidental to the cost of the work, or work and acquisition paid for by contribution. (Added by Stats. 1967, Ch. 979.)
