50630. The board shall elect one of its members as its president, and one of its members, or any other person, as its secretary. (Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 336.)

Section 50631.

50631. The secretary shall have charge of the office of the board, keep the minutes of all meetings, attest all documents, other than bonds, requiring the signature of the president, and keep accounts of all expenditures made in behalf of the district. (Amended by Stats. 1951, Ch. 681.)
