Section 16-26D-7 Extracurricular activities. Whenever possible, the school may offer such extracurricular activities as may be found in any public secondary school in the state. (Act 2018-480, §7.)
Section 16-26D-8 Funding. Nothing in this chapter shall be so construed as to prohibit or prevent the board of trustees from accepting federal funds or monies from any corporation or other private contributor for use in operating the school or providing programs by the school. (Act 2018-480, §8.)
