Section 16-28A-4 Immunity for teachers or administrators who report suspected drug abuse. A teacher or administrator who, in good faith, reports suspected drug abuse by a student to the appropriate authorities shall be immune from civil or criminal liability. (Acts 1995, No. 95-539, p. 1121, §4.)
Section 16-28A-5 Immunity for other authorized school personnel.
