Section 16-52-1 – Body Corporate.

Section 16-52-1 Body corporate. The Governor and the State Superintendent of Education, by virtue of their respective offices and the trustees appointed pursuant to Section 16-52-3, and their successors in office, are constituted a body corporate under the name of Jacksonville State University.
