Section 16-60-241 Chancellor to establish multipurpose programs to provide services. The Chancellor of Postsecondary Education is hereby authorized to establish multipurpose programs at designated two-year institutions to provide the necessary training, counseling and services to enable displaced homemakers to experience economic security vital to productive lives.
