Section 45-36-83.44 Costs. Nothing contained in this subpart, however, shall prohibit the county from using any part of its own funds for the purpose of paying the cost of installing, operating, and maintaining any improved system installed pursuant to this subpart. (Act 89-192, p. 234, §5.)
