§ 5.1-147. Disposition of fees or sums collected

All fees or sums collected by the Commission under the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited with the State Treasurer, and shall be set aside by him for the use of the Commission for the administration and enforcement of this chapter. Code 1950, § 56-202; 1970, c. 708.

§ 5.1-148. Employees of Commission not to have interest in carriers
