[ Editor’s note: This version of this section is effective until March 1, 2022. ] Any person who knowingly permits any of said animals to run at large is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.
