163.571 Issuance of bonds.—Any transportation authority created hereunder may issue bonds to carry out the authorized powers or purposes of this part. 163.572 Expansion of area.—Upon a resolution adopted by the governing body of any adjoining county, municipality, or other political subdivision, the authority may, subject to the provisions of s. 163.567(1), by a majority vote of its membership, include such territory in its regional transportation area.
