296.33 Definitions.—As used in this part, the term: (1) “Administrator” means the licensed person who has been appointed to serve as the chief executive of the home and has the general administrative charge of the facility. 296.35 Nondiscrimination policy of the home.—It is the policy of the state to admit residents into the home without regard to race, age, sex, creed, religion, national origin, or any other reason that would thereby create a practice of discrimination.
