The possession of the motor vehicles and parts covered by Code Sections 40-4-40, 40-4-41, this Code section, 40-4-43, and 40-4-44 shall be prima-facie evidence that they were purchased for the purpose of resale. History. Ga. L. 1963, p. 436, § 5.
