§ 6-5-1. Short Title

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Georgia Aviation Authority Act.” History. Code 1981, § 6-5-1 , enacted by Ga. L. 2009, p. 848, § 1/SB 85.

§ 6-5-2. Definitions

As used in this chapter, the term: “Authority” means the Georgia Aviation Authority. “State aircraft” means any aircraft, including equipment, owned, leased, rented, chartered, or otherwise obtained by the authority. History. Code 1981, § 6-5-2 , enacted by Ga. L. 2009, p. 848, § 1/SB 85.

§ 6-5-6. Moneys Received Deemed Trust Funds
