Section 18-1101 – BIGAMY DEFINED.

18-1101. BIGAMY DEFINED. Every person having a husband or wife living, who marries any other person, except in the cases specified in the next section, is guilty of bigamy. History: [18-1101, added 1972, ch. 336, sec. 1, p. 868.]
