Section 59-301 – NOMINATIONS TO BE IN WRITING.

59-301. NOMINATIONS TO BE IN WRITING. Nominations made by the governor to the senate must be in writing, designating the residence of the nominee and the office for which he is nominated. Section 59-302 – RESOLUTION OF CONCURRENCE.

59-302. RESOLUTION OF CONCURRENCE. Whenever the senate concurs in a nomination, its secretary must immediately deliver a copy of the resolution of concurrence, certified by the president and secretary, to the governor.
