In addition to adopting rules under section 4(f) of this chapter, the department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to effectuate the purposes of this chapter, including rules imposing fees for licensure and registration under this chapter. Sec. 9. A person who: (1) produces radiation; or (2) produces, uses, stores, sells, or otherwise disposes of radioactive materials; in violation of this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.
