10-19-8.1-1. “Fusion Center”

Sec. 10. (a) The council may receive confidential law enforcement information from the state police department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or other federal, state, or local law enforcement agencies. Sec. 4. (a) The expenses of the council shall be paid from appropriations made by the general assembly. (b) Money received by the council as a grant or a gift is appropriated for the purposes of the grant or the gift. As added by P.L.249-2019, SEC.10.
Sec. 5. (a) Each member of the council who is not a state employee is not entitled to the minimum salary per diem provided by IC 4-10-11-2.1(b).
