Sec. 1. The division of mental health and addiction is established to apply the division’s resources to ensure that Indiana citizens have access to appropriate mental health and addiction services that promote individual self-sufficiency. Sec. 3. The division is composed of the following: (1) The director. (2) The division of mental health and addiction planning and advisory council.
