14-37-10-1. “Fund” Defined

14-37-10-3. Deposits in Fund

14-37-10-7. Liability of Responsible Person

Sec. 7. (a) An expenditure made from the fund under this chapter does not release a responsible person from liability for the purposes described in section 5 of this chapter.
