15-12-4-1. “Director”; “Remediation Program”

Sec. 1. The following definitions apply throughout this chapter: (1) “Director” refers to the director of the Indiana state department of agriculture or the director’s designee. 15-12-4-2. Establishment of Program

Sec. 2. The director may establish a program under 7 U.S.C. 6991 et seq. (the Federal Crop Insurance Reform and Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994) to provide procedures for mediating adverse decisions by agencies of the United States Department of Agriculture. 15-12-4-3. Certification

15-12-4-4. Financial Assistance

15-12-4-5. Rules
