15-19-4-1. Trapping, Killing, or Injuring; Offense

Sec. 1. A person who: (1) traps, detains, injures, or kills a pigeon, knowing that the pigeon is a racing pigeon, homer, racing homer, or homing pigeon; and (2) is not the owner of the pigeon; commits a Class C infraction. 15-19-4-2. Removing or Damaging Identification; Offense
