22-14-2-9. Plans and Specifications for Design Release; Review and Approval
Sec. 9. The department shall review and may approve plans and specifications presented to the department for a design release under IC 22-15-3 for compliance with the fire safety laws. As added by P.L.245-1987, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.1-2006, SEC.368; P.L.187-2021, SEC.86.
