Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “board” refers to the American Board of Industrial Hygiene, a nonprofit corporation established to improve the practice and educational standards of the profession of industrial hygiene by certifying individuals who meet its education, experience, and examination requirements. As added by P.L.175-1996, SEC.1.

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “board” refers to the American Board of Industrial Hygiene, a nonprofit corporation established to improve the practice and educational standards of the profession of industrial hygiene by certifying individuals who meet its education, experience, and examination requirements. Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, “certified industrial hygienist (CIH)” is a person who has received the designation certified industrial hygienist from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene and whose certification has not lapsed or been revoked. As added by P.L.175-1996, SEC.1.
