Sec. 3. An individual appointed to the board who is an athletic trainer must continue to practice athletic training in Indiana while serving as a member of the board. As added by P.L.213-1993, SEC.5.

25-5.1-2-4. Terms of Office; Removal of Members

Sec. 4. (a) The term of office for each member of the board is specified under IC 25-1-6.5. (b) A member of the board may be removed under IC 25-1-6.5-4. As added by P.L.213-1993, SEC.5. Amended by P.L.249-2019, SEC.53; P.L.101-2020, SEC.2.
