3-6-6.5-3. Administration of Program; Certification of Individuals Who Complete Program

Sec. 3. The secretary of state: (1) shall administer the program; and (2) may establish procedures and requirements for the certification of an individual who satisfactorily completes the program. As added by P.L.230-2005, SEC.17.

3-6-6.5-4. Expiration of Certification; Renewal

Sec. 4. The designation of an individual as a certified election worker expires January 1 of the second year following the individual’s certification. The individual’s certification may be renewed by the secretary of state after compliance with the requirements for renewal established under this chapter. As added by P.L.230-2005, SEC.17.
