Sec. 1. As required under 52 U.S.C. 20507(a)(6), the records of the statewide voter registration system or a county voter registration office indicating the identity of the voter registration agency through which an individual registered are confidential. Sec. 3. A person shall not use information relating to the failure of an applicant for a driver’s license to apply for voter registration for any purpose other than voter registration, as required under 52 U.S.C. 20504(b).
