3-7-42-1. Applicability of Chapter

Sec. 1. This chapter applies whenever a county executive establishes new precincts under IC 3-11-1.5. As added by P.L.12-1995, SEC.52.

3-7-42-3. Time for Transfer

Sec. 3. The transfer may be made at any time after the order establishing the precincts becomes effective and before the day on which the clerk or board is required to deliver the copy of the registration record or certified copies to the inspectors of the precincts. As added by P.L.12-1995, SEC.52.
