Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known as the Orange superior court. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the Orange superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1. (c) Orange County comprises the judicial district of the court. Sec. 3. The Orange superior court has one (1) judge who shall hold sessions in: (1) the Paoli Office Complex in Paoli; or (2) other places in the county as the Orange county executive may provide. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-37.8-7.] As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12.
