34-41-3-1. Application of Chapter

Sec. 1. This chapter applies when a deed or mortgage is recorded in the proper recorder’s office of any county in Indiana and the record of the deed or mortgage is burned, lost, or destroyed. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-3-10-1 part.] As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.37.
