4-20.5-12-1. Authority of United States to Acquire Property by Eminent Domain

Sec. 1. If the United States wants to acquire title to property in Indiana for any purpose, the United States may acquire property by eminent domain under IC 32-24 and applicable federal law. As added by P.L.7-1993, SEC.7. Amended by P.L.2-2002, SEC.32.
