Sec. 1. The consent of the state is given to the retrocession of jurisdiction, either partially or wholly, by the United States over property within Indiana over which the United States exercises jurisdiction exclusively or concurrently with the state. As added by P.L.7-1993, SEC.7.
Sec. 2. The governor is authorized to accept for the state the retrocession of jurisdiction if the governor considers retrocession to be in the best interest of the state. As added by P.L.7-1993, SEC.7.
