4-29.5-12-1. Binding Effect

Sec. 1. This Compact shall be binding upon the State and the Band for an initial term of twenty (20) years (the “Initial Term”) from the Effective Date unless amended in accordance with IC 4-29.5-16 or terminated by written agreement of both parties. As added by P.L.171-2021, SEC.1.
