4-29.5-15-1. Filing Requirements

Sec. 1. Following publication of this Compact in the Federal Register, the Governor shall file a certified copy of the Compact with the Indiana Secretary of State and shall transmit a copy to the State General Assembly and the Indiana Attorney General. As added by P.L.171-2021, SEC.1.
