4-29-2-2. “Class Iii Gaming”

Sec. 2. “Class III gaming” has the meaning set forth in 25 U.S.C. 2703(8). As added by P.L.255-2015, SEC.1.

4-29-2-3. “Indian Lands”

Sec. 3. “Indian lands” has the meaning set forth in 25 U.S.C. 2703(4). As added by P.L.255-2015, SEC.1.

4-29-2-4. “Indian Tribe”

Sec. 4. “Indian tribe” has the meaning set forth in 25 U.S.C. 2703(5). As added by P.L.255-2015, SEC.1.

4-29-2-5. “Tribal-State Compact”

Sec. 5. “Tribal-state compact” means a compact under 25 U.S.C. 2701 et seq. between an Indian tribe and the state to allow gaming on Indian lands located in Indiana. As added by P.L.255-2015, SEC.1.
