4-37-1-1. Application of Definitions

Sec. 1. Except as otherwise provided, the definitions in this chapter apply throughout this article. As added by P.L.167-2011, SEC.1.

4-37-1-2. “Board”

Sec. 2. “Board” refers to the corporation’s board of trustees established by IC 4-37-3-1. As added by P.L.167-2011, SEC.1.

4-37-1-3. “Chief Executive Officer”

Sec. 3. “Chief executive officer” refers to the chief executive officer of the Indiana state museum and historic sites corporation appointed under IC 4-37-2-5 and the director of the state museum. As added by P.L.167-2011, SEC.1.

4-37-1-4. “Corporation”

Sec. 4. “Corporation” refers to the Indiana state museum and historic sites corporation established by IC 4-37-2-1. As added by P.L.167-2011, SEC.1.

4-37-1-5. “Foundation”

Sec. 5. “Foundation” refers to the Indiana state museum foundation established under IC 4-37-8-1 or its successors. As added by P.L.167-2011, SEC.1.

4-37-1-6. “Fund”

Sec. 6. “Fund” refers to the state museum and historic sites development fund established by IC 4-37-7-1. As added by P.L.167-2011, SEC.1.

Sec. 7. “Historic site” refers to a state historic site established and maintained by the board under the criteria established by the board. As added by P.L.167-2011, SEC.1.

4-37-1-9. “State Museums”
